“There are so many amazing people who are always willing and eager to help out and teach, which really made this Co-op worthwhile. I was able to learn not only from my manager, but also from several others on my team who supported me through the projects I worked on, and eventually trusted in me to support them on their projects, so definitely take the time to get to know the people around you and make yourself available to them, as working within my team was the most rewarding part of this Co-op.”
Our mentors are passionate about training the next generation of scientists – and building our pipeline of future Voracians!
Co-ops have ample opportunities to build their skills and knowledge through comprehensive projects and cross-functional collaboration.
We treat our Co-ops like employees, providing access to perks like subsidized lunches and transportation, as well as paid holidays. And our unique culture adds a playful spin to the Co-op experience!
